How does this package work?
Once the artist is accepted by email, a deposit is requested to secure the mentorship. After the deposit is received, the student gets immediate access to all Inkmentors courses and can start studying right away.
The full process is handled by email after the application form is submitted, including acceptance, deposit instructions, scheduling and preparation details.
What should the artist bring?
The artist only needs to bring their tattoo machine and a real human canvas with light skin, so the technique can be understood and practiced as clearly as possible.
What happens on the day?
The student meets Fábio at Titans Legacy Ink in Houston, Texas at 9am. The day starts with equipment setup, explanations and a demonstration from Fábio showing how the technique should be applied.
After the demonstration, the student repeats the same process while Fábio observes, analyzes their behavior and corrects every important detail: application, pressure, hand speed, consistency, decision-making and overall technique.
The tattoo will not be finished during the seminar. The student will need to complete it on another day at their own workplace, without the mentor's supervision. During the mentorship day, the practical session is used to do as much as possible with direct correction from Fábio. The hands-on practice ends around 4pm, followed by two extra hours for open questions about any topics the artist wants to discuss, such as portfolio, social media, clientele, design direction, pricing or career growth.
What does the artist receive?
Fábio also gives the artist a clear improvement list covering technique, portfolio, design, social media and any other areas that can help them grow professionally.
Because the student receives the online courses before the seminar, the in-person day can be used almost entirely for practice, correction and real technical progress.
At the end of the day, the artist receives a certificate of participation. The seminar finishes at 6pm.
The promise
The goal of this program is for the artist to leave the mentorship mastering the Smooth Saturation technique at the same standard taught by Fábio, ready to repeat it in their own work from that day forward.

How does this package work?

What is different from the private mentorship?
The main difference is that Fábio's attention is shared between three student artists. Each artist still receives direct correction, demonstrations and guidance, but the day is distributed across the group instead of being focused on one person only.
After the artist receives an acceptance response and the deposit is paid, they are added to a waiting list until the remaining artists are collected to complete the small group of three. Because this option requires three artists with matching availability, it can take longer to schedule. The seminar can only be confirmed once three artists are ready for the same date.
Can artists book together?
Yes. Artists can organize their own group of three colleagues and apply together. This is the fastest way to make the small group mentorship happen sooner, without waiting for a group to be formed with random applicants.

How It Works
Important questions
What do I need to bring?
The artist must bring a long-stroke tattoo machine, ideally 4mm or above, and a real human canvas for a design suggested by Fábio. Everything else needed for the mentorship is provided by the mentor.
This technique cannot be taught properly on fake skin because synthetic skin does not react like real skin. It does not show the same saturation, resistance, elasticity, trauma, texture or healing behavior. A real canvas is essential so Fábio can see the artist's real mistakes and demonstrate the right corrections.
Is this theoretical or practical?
There is some theory, but the in-person day is designed to be almost entirely practical. The student receives free access to Inkmentors online courses before the mentorship, so the theory can be studied in advance.
During the in-person session, the focus is application, correction, repetition and improving the technique on real skin.
Will I tattoo, or will Fábio tattoo?
Fábio will demonstrate for a few minutes when needed, but around 80% of the practical time is for the participating artist to tattoo.
The goal is to correct the artist while they work, improving the application until it is as clean and controlled as possible by the end of the day.
How does payment work?
Part of the mentorship fee is paid as a deposit. After the deposit is confirmed, the theory content is unlocked online so the artist can start preparing immediately.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the in-person mentorship.
Can I bring questions?
Yes. Artists are encouraged to bring questions. The purpose of the day is to explain, demonstrate and correct the details that are blocking better results.
Is portfolio review included?
Yes. Fábio reviews the artist's portfolio and points out exactly what should improve so the artist can move toward a stronger, more professional version of their work.
