Born and raised in Albufeira, a small city in the south of Portugal, Fábio built his name through discipline, ambition and an unmistakable approach to realism. By becoming one of Portugal's strongest names in black and grey tattooing, he turned his work into a path that would eventually reach far beyond his home country.

In 2014, he opened his first international studio in Geneva, Switzerland, followed by a second studio in Portugal. As his reputation grew, invitations came from tattoo conventions and seminars around the world, leading him to work and teach in more than 25 countries at some of the industry's most important events.

Fábio's standards also attracted major partnerships. Over the years, he closed contracts with leading tattoo industry companies, becoming a sponsored artist trusted by brands that work only with artists at the highest level.

From 2017 to 2020, most of his clients were international collectors traveling to Portugal for his work. In 2021, after visiting the United States for tattoo events, a new opportunity opened: building a career in America. After living in different states, Fábio and his team chose Houston as the place to create their first U.S. studio, Titans Legacy Ink.

Titans Legacy Ink was built to bring European artistic culture to Texas: a modern, professional and welcoming studio with a high-level team and one of the most refined environments in the city.

In 2024, Fábio created Inkmentors, his tattoo education academy. Today, it brings together more than 2,200 members from around the world, helping artists elevate their portfolios, improve their technique and understand what separates ordinary tattoos from work that truly lasts.

Fábio is not only a tattoo artist. He is an artist who loves what he does, cares deeply about every client and believes a tattoo should feel unique, personal and powerful in everyday life. His priority is simple: to create work that carries vision, quality and a presence people are proud to wear.
